Chloe teaches Pilates in
Stoke Newington, Highbury and the surrounding areas. The classes are in
small friendly groups of up to 10.
Chloe provides all equipment including resistance bands, massage balls,
foam rollers, over-balls, Swiss-balls and mats. These are great for improving
body awareness and muscle release, for the beginner and the more experienced,
adding challenge, variety, fun, energy and relaxation to the classes.
Chloe also teaches private lessons which are especially beneficial for
clients who have had injuries and post-natal women that need closer attention
than a group class can give. They are great for those who cannot get to
group classes at the times available or simply for individuals who prefer
to exercise alone with a bespoke workout designed just for them. |

You may have a friend or
colleague that you want to share a private session with to make up your
own small class.
Emphasis in both group and private lessons is placed upon individual clients
to become aware of their own bodies movement and posture and how to improve
it. The classes focus on the body as a whole, creating balance between
strength and flexibility.
Pilates needs regular attendance and concentration to see the best results.
Pilates principles can be taken to all your other activities to improve
performance and stamina.
