Applicants are expected to have been members of one or more of the UK repertory companies for seven years, unless injury or illness has forced withdrawal. Age is no barrier.

The Trustees are aware that many proud artists find it hard to seek assistance. The desire to maintain independence is understood and respected, as is complete confidentiality and a warmly compassionate response to an appeal.
